Optimizing Total Rewards Programs to Achieve Your Talent Objectives

In today’s tight labor market, your current and future employees are carefully evaluating your benefit offerings and comparing them to talent competitors. It is no longer enough to offer the standard suite of health and welfare benefits; employees are now seeking out companies that offer benefits specifically targeting their unique needs. In response, many corporations are finding creative ways to allocate their human capital spend to attract and retain a workforce that aligns with their corporate goals and cultural objectives.

In this session, you will hear from Jose Tomas, the former head of Human Resources for General Motors, Anthem, and Burger King, as he describes how to best align your programs with your desired culture and talent objectives.

In this webinar, attendees will learn:

  • How to compare existing employee needs against current programs

  • Ways to align cultural values to new or existing offerings

  • Tips for communicating benefits to engage current and prospective talent

  • Practical strategies for optimizing human capital spend
