A sociologist and data scientist at heart, Kimberly Ho is the owner of Honiva Consulting Ltd. and brings 12+ years of experience as an HR Services Consultant. Coupled with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta, Kimberly helps employers build great workplaces by blending HR and IT in the realm of Talent Management, Total Rewards, and HR Information Management. She is also a long-standing member of the Human Resources Institute of Alberta and WorldatWork. This extensive experience gives her a unique perspective on emerging trends and directional changes related to the evolution of HR work practices. Some of her favourite HR consulting assignments focus on organizational design, policy writing, process mapping, and compensation program development.
