The next five years are poised to bring more changes to the design and implementation of Total Rewards systems than we’ve seen in the last 20 years. Conventional approaches of organizations developing their own talent have been replaced with a “free agency” model of buying experience from competitors, which in turn ratchets up labor costs. This also creates more pressure to retain and engage existing employees and attract new employees through an improved employee value proposition.

In this webinar, special guest presenter Steve Gross (Senior Partner at Mercer) shares the future of Total Rewards by understanding past practices and anticipating what is required to be successful by balancing the needs of employee retention, attraction and engagement with productivity and performance supported through the use of HR analytics. Specifically, we  identify trends and likely scenarios of future HR practices in terms of compensation, benefits, career opportunities and work-life plan designs, including:

Understanding how multiple generations in the workforce and broad economic trends influence the employee value proposition and the need for evolving Total Rewards designs

Identifying how to use big data and HR analytics to make better Total Rewards decisions

Developing a multi-faceted approach to designing Total Rewards programs that work

Defining how effective communications reinforces the employee value proposition and Total Rewards messages
