Michael Bussa
Partner, Human Capital Practice, Ernst & Young
Global Equity services practice. He has more than 28 years of experience and has managed equity compensation engagements for organizations across all industry lines. Michael has extensive experience in the areas of international assignment planning and structuring, global equity plan design and implementation, feasibility analysis, tax and regulatory due diligence, HR risk and cost minimization, global payroll compliance, merger and acquisition due diligence, corporate tax planning, US GAAP/IFRS analysis and employee education.
 
Michael received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brooklyn College, City University of New York and is a CPA in the state of New York. He is a frequent speaker on at organizations such as the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals, the Global Equity Organization and the Tax Executives Institute and has appeared on CNN’s Your Money program.
